Refund policy

Cancellations 

We accept cancellations, at no fee, within 12 hours of placing your order. Cancellations requested after 12 hours of order will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation requests made after the order has been processed (part ordered, received at the shop or painted) will incur a 35% cancellation fee. All cancellations must be requested by email at info@paintnship.com.

Wrong Paint / Color Match

We are unable to guarantee a perfect color match. While we use your factory paint code to pull up your formulation as well as your Year / Make / Model, it is impossible to get an exact match that fully blends with the rest of the vehicle. No refunds are provided due to variations in paint tone. 

Wrong Part Ordered / Part Doesn't Fit the Vehicle

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct part is ordered for your vehicle. All our listings include the part number and manufacturer number (OEM). Confirm with the vehicle's maker to confirm part fit. 

If you decide you want to return your order, you have 30 days in which to do so. You can return your purchase for a 35% restocking fee. Returns must be in the same condition they were delivered. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges. Paint N Ship will not provide a return label.

Damages

If you receive a damaged item, or an incorrect item (part or paint), please contact us as soon as possible so that we can begin the resolution process quickly. Photos will be requested. All communication must be sent by email to info@paintnship.com.

Claims for damaged items delivered by freight services must be reported within 2 business days of item delivery.

Claims of damaged items delivered by Fedex/UPS or incorrect items must be reported within 15 business days of item delivery. 

Returns

If you decide you want to return your order for any reason, you have 30 days in which to do so. You can return your purchase for a 35% restocking fee. Returns must be in the same condition they were delivered. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Paint N Ship will not provide a return label.

Refunds and Reimbursements

Approved refund claims can only be up to the cost of the item paid. We do not provide reimbursements for damage repair, labor costs, bay rental or any other costs incurred for the disposal, removal of existing or installation of our parts.

If a customer refuses a shipment (for any reason) or if the carrier returns your package to Paint N Ship due to an incorrect address, then the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. 

Premium shipping fees are non-refundable.

VIP Customer

The VIP Customer Add-On is non-refundable after the item has shipped. This add-on speeds the handling of your order by allowing your order to skip the line ahead of all other orders. This add-on does not affect delivery transit time. This charge is not a guarantee of damage-free deliveries. 

Lost or Stolen Items

Paint N Ship is not responsible for lost or stolen items when proof of delivery by the carrier is provided. 

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at checkout. Once a package has been shipped, we cannot redirect it.

If an order is returned to Paint N Ship due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package. Alternatively, a refund for the order will be processed, minus the original shipping costs incurred.
